Deposit – $500 if full term rent paid in advance OR equal to one month rent if rent paid monthly. 
Move-in and set up fee – $150.  
Monthly Common area cleaning fee - $30. 
Common area maintenance fee – $175 payable when moving out. 
Parking – $185 per month (if needed)

August 1 – December 31

Spring Term: 5 months
Jan 1 – May 31

​Summer Term: 2 months
June 1 – July 31

Minimum Stay:

One term, but can be extended for an additional term with prior approval.
